Visitation 1-8 PM Tuesday, May 24, 2011, with family greeting friends 4-6 PM, service 11 AM Wednesday, May 25, 2011, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Jacqueline.
