Howard D. Mahoney, 97, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2016, in New Haven, Connecticut. Graveside service 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 8, at El Paso Cemetery, Derby, Kansas. He is survived by his children, Jack Mahoney of Derby, and Julie Teodosio of Branford, Connecticut.
