Homerine Boden
March 23, 1930 — August 22, 2014
Boden, Homerine, 84, passed away Friday, August 22, 2014, after several years of fighting cancer. She was voracious reader of the Bible and member of Mulvane United Methodist Church.
Visitation 1-8 p.m. Monday, (family present 6-8) at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Funeral service 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, at Mulvane United Methodist Church, 107 S. Central.
Preceded in death by her parents W. Homer Naylor and Genevieve and Ray Brown; son Jerry Boden, and brother Raymond Brown. Survived by husband Jack Boden; daughter Sandra (Roger) Cusack; daughter-in-law Lorna Boden; grandchildren Laurissa (Michael) McElravy, Nathan (Diane) Houseman, Lindsay (Len) Sapp, Rachel (Shawn) Bise, Jordan Boden, and 8 great-grandchildren.
