She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Winchell, Jr

Hisae is survived by her Daughter, Sheela Pauline (Winchell) Sherrod; grandson, Sean Paul Sherrod; son-in-law, Randy Keith Sherrod.

Memorials have been established with First Presbyterian Church of Derby, Rivercross Hospice, or Derby Health and Rehab.
