Helen Z. Nelson

Nelson, Helen Z., 89, picked up her wings early Saturday as God called her home. Funeral service 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 13 at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby.

Helen was a longtime member of Woodlawn United Methodist Church, El Paso Rebecca Lodge, Order of Eastern Star, and E.H.U. Family Community Education. Survived by son Ron, daughters Trudy Graham and Rhonda Headley; 7 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren. Memorial with the Alzheimer’s Association, 347 S.
