Helen L. Magness

Helen L. Magness, 94, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017. She was born November 9, 1922, to Mike and Mable (David) Shaheen in Arthur, NE. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Magness; parents; 5 sisters and 2 brothers. Helen is survived by her children, Gary Magness and Karla (Robert) Harrison; granddaughter, Kristina Harrison; and siblings, Martha Rouse and Ken Shaheen. Visitation: Thursday, April 20, 2017, from 1 to 8 pm with family present between 5 and 7 pm. Funeral: 11 am, Friday, April 21, 2017; both at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca, Wichita, KS 67213. Interment to follow at White Chapel Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, 1861 N. Rock Rd. #380, Wichita, KS 67206.
