Helen A. Knollenberg Kerr

Helen A. (Knollenberg)Kerr, age 98, of Douglass, retired Boeing employee, and former Cessna employee, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015 at Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital, El Dorado. Visitation 1-8 PM Monday, February 2, funeral service 1 PM Tuesday, both at Hilyard-Smith Funeral Home. Helen was born December 16, 1916 near Rock, KS, to John & Cora Mae (Taylor) Knollenberg. She was one of eleven children. She is preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers, 4 sisters; an infant daughter, Connie Jean; and a granddaughter, Cheryl (Myers) Stackley. Survivors: daughter, Peggy June Myers, of El Dorado; brother, Clyde Knollenberg, of El Dorado; grandchildren, Deborah Pierce (Leon), Tom Myers (Ramona), John Myers (Jodi) and Terri Blackston; 12 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
