Helen Louise Hastings

Helen L. Hastings, 87, passed away September 1, 2015. Vistiation 1-8pm, Tuesday, September 8, family present 4-8pm at Smith Mortuary- Derby, 1415 N. Rock Road. Funeral service will be held 10am Monday, September 14th at the 47th St. Church of Christ, 601 West 47th Street South, Wichita, KS 67217. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Ann Wells; husband, Glenn; and 8 siblings. Helen is survived by her children, Ann ( Charles) Attebery, Sonny (Joy) Hastings, Glendena (Bill) Kelly, D.J. ( Kathy) Hastings, Maxine Rossiter; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; siblings, Dorothy Coleman, Shirley Blake, Virgil (Alice) Wells. In lieu of flowers, memorials are with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market St. Wichita, KS 67202 and the 47th St. Youth Fund at the Church of Christ.
