Derby - Clark, Heather, 31, died Sunday, December 5, 2021.
Visitation: Thursday, December 9, 2021, with the family present from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Friday December 10, 2021, from noon - 2:00 pm at Smith Family Mortuary, Derby with the Funeral Service following at 2:00 Friday, December 10, 2021.
Heather is survived by her fiancee, Eric Hernandez; three children, Arielle, Adrian, and Aubree; parents, Irie Clark, Cheryl and Dennis Rooney; siblings, Hilary Clark (Bryan), Tiffany and James Young, David Clark (Alexis); stepsisters, Nicole Rooney (Ryan) and Olivia Rooney (Ross); mother-in-law and father-in-law, Jose and Georgina Hernandez; and brother-in-law, James Hernandez (Kassy).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Beauties and Beasts, 114 S Pattie, Wichita, KS 67211.
