Clarke, Harriet E., 66, passed away Monday, January 24, 2011, at her home. Memorial service 11 a.m. Friday at First Christian Church, 201 N. Derby St., Derby. Harriet was preceded in death by a sister, Marlyn Cooley. Survived by her son, Jeff (Mary) Dietz, grandchildren Lauren and Josh Dietz, all of Derby; sisters Doris Bauer and Ellen Lyon. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Kansas Troopers Foundation, 1200 SW 10th Ave., Topeka, KS 66604.
