88, passed away Friday, June 18, 2021. She was born September 13, 1932 to Lawrence and Kathryn (Bailey) Powell in Entiat, Washington.

Hallie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Seick, Longbranch, WA; and parents, Lawrence and Kathryn Powell.

Hallie is survived by her son, Joseph and Raquel Hanigan; daughter, Mary and David Gier; grandchildren, Brandon and Maureen Sparman, Patricia and Thomas Stretch and Michelle and Christy Hanigan; great grandchildren, Blake, Alyson and Henry Sparman.

Memorial services to be held at Acacia Memorial Park in Seattle, WA at a TBD date.
