Funeral Service: 2:00 pm, Saturday, November 3, 2018 at South Rock Christian Church 900 S. Rock Rd., Derby, KS 67037.
Haddie is survived by her parents, William Jake and Michele Molhoek; siblings, Oliver and Gracelyn Molhoek; grandparents, Will and Carla Molhoek, Lisa Jones, Ken and Deanna Beaulieu; and great grandparents, Eleanor Booth and Nancy Welling.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bridget's Cradle, PO Box 130, Andover, KS 67002.
