Greg Sharp

Sharp, Greg, 55, passed away Monday, June 8, 2015. Visitation 4-8 p.m. Friday, at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Funeral service 10 a.m. Saturday, at Woodlawn United Methodist Church, 431 S. Woodlawn, Derby. He was owner of Sharp Rental Properties for many years. Greg loved the beauty of the outdoors, whether he was drawing, exploring, or just enjoying it. He was an entrepreneur, artist, family man, and mentor to many. He was preceded in death by his father, Travis Sharp. Survived by wife Kathy; daughters Jessica (Selby) Sharp-LeBert, Taylor Sharp, Hannah Sharp; mother Ann Bergkamp, and brother Brent (Laura) Sharp. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with Make-a-Wish Foundation, 125 Washington S #100, Wichita, KS 67202 and Casa of Sedgwick County, 220 W Douglas Ave #15, Wichita, KS 67202.
