Gordon George Ellis, age 83, Las Vegas Athletic Club employee, passed away Monday, March 2, 2015. Visitation 1-8 PM Friday, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca, Trisagion 10:30 AM Saturday, followed by the funeral service at 11 AM Saturday, St. Mary Orthodox Christian Church, 344 S. Martinson. Gordon is preceded in death by his parents, Mike & Mamie Ellis; brother, Floyd; and a sister, Angeline Kellel. Survivors: sons, Michael, Wichita, Christopher, Red Bluff, CA; daughter, Carrie Langworthy, Wichita; brother, Tom, of CA; grandchildren, Joshua, Mathew and Jacob Langworthy, Elijah Ellis; great-granddaughter, Margaret Langworthy; 3 nephews and 4 nieces.
