Gloria Mcelroy

Gloria Ann (Briney) McElroy was born October 29, 1935 in Beloit, KS. The only child of Lyle Noel Briney and Melva Leone Sherbondy Briney. She attended Rodgers Grade School; Beloit Jr. High and graduated in 1953 from Beloit High School. On January 1, 1956, she married Robert Dale McElroy at the Methodist Church in Beloit, KS. They lived in Wichita, KS for four years then moved to Haysville, KS March 1, 1960. To this union was born four children; Michael Eugene, Joyce Elane, Annette Dale, Patricia Gail. She loved her home, husband and children and later grandchildren as they arrived. She enjoyed sewing, embroidery, crocheting, reading and TV.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, November 4, 2020 with visitation one hour prior at Smith Mortuary, Haysville. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
