Glenna Rogene (Burgess) Hatfield was born on April 3,1936 in Winfield, KS. to Glenn and Ruth Lucille (Kroger) Burgess. Glenna passed away in Wichita,KS. surrounded by family on Wednesday October 2, 2024.

Glenna was an enthusiastic fan of football and basketball. Glenna and Bud attended many W.S.U. home basketball games. Afternoons on the weekends were spent engrossed in games on the TV while eating pizza.

Her deep affection for her grand children and great-grandchildren gave her many happy moments after the death of her husband Bud.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Harold J. Hatfield (Bud), sister Carol Ann (Burgess)Smith, and great-grandson Henry James Caudle.

Glenna is survived by sons; Larry (Carol) Hatfield, Dean (Pam) Hatfield.

Grandchildren; Paige (Jason) Caudle, Brandon (Donna) Hatfield, Mallory (John) McDaniel. Loving great-grandchildren; Loren (Megan) McDaniel, Hunter McDaniel, Ella Hatfield, Gunner McDaniel, Ayden Hatfield, Blakley McDaniel, Peter Caudle; and a great-great-granddaughter due February 2025.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday October 17th at 11:00 A.M. at the Belle Plaine Cemetery in Belle Plaine, Kansas.
