Glenn John Wichert

Wichert, Glenn John, 71, retired truck driver and instructor at Wichita Area Technical School, passed away Saturday, August 14, 2010. He was born Februay 16, 1939 in Enid, OK. Memorial service 2 p.m. Saturday, at Smith Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville. Preceded in death by his parents, John and Amanda (Bartle) Wichert; 2 brothers and a sister. He is survived by wife, Toni; son Tim (Lynn) Wichert; daughters Jamie (Bill) Wasmer, Dana (Rob) Kyle; brother Roy Wichert; sister Clara Marrs; grandchildren Shannon Wasmer, Rebecca Wichert, Matthew Kyle, and Grace Kyle; great-grandchild Kain Dean. A memorial has been established with the American Heart Association.
