Glee Bayouth, age 86, devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother, fell asleep in the Lord, Thursday, August 11, 2016. Visitation with family 3-5 PM Saturday, August 13, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Trisagion and Funeral Service 7 PM, Sunday, St. George Orthodox Christian Cathedral, 7515 E. 13th St. N. Graveside service 10 AM Monday, August 15, Old Mission Cemetery, 3424 E. 21st St. Glee was a lifelong devoted and very active member in her church. She loved music, was a voracious reader, and loved to play bridge and scrabble with her sister. Family was important to her and she loved entertaining them. She was full of life and had a wonderful sense of humor. She truly lived up to her name, Glee. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack; parents, A.C. & Lona Seevers; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Lt. Col. Ret. Phil Rice, Fred Farha, Larry Bayouth, Victor Laham, Gloria Laham, Sally Bayouth and Jeanette Farha Bayouth. Survivors include her daughters, Jacqueline Bayouth (Shawn Bayouth), of Ames, IA, Kim Lorei (Greg), of Dallas, TX, and Sharon Wiles (Hal Forney), of Wichita; sister, Jean Rice, of Wichita; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Robert Bayouth, Lindy Bayouth, Sidney and Barbara Bayouth, Harry & Carol Bayouth, Vivianne Farha and Gerri McPherson; grandchildren, Booker Bayouth, Jessica Bayouth, Drew Lorei, Alex Lorei, Jack Lorei, Merrick Wiles (Anette), Kevin Wiles and Kerry Wiles; 10 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, many great-nieces and great-nephews, and 2 great-great-nieces. Memorials have been established with the Alzheimer's Association, 1820 E. Douglas, Wichita, KS 67214 and Good Shepherd Hospice, 7829 E. Rockhill St. #403, Wichita, KS 67206.
