Gladys Juanita Mohr, age 86, of Derby, retired Big Western Automotive employee, passed away Friday, May 13, 2011. Visitation 1-8 PM Sunday, May 15, 2011, with family receiving friends 4-6 PM, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Funeral service 2 PM Monday, May 16, 2011, Madison Avenue United Methodist Church. Gladys is preceded in death by her husband, Sheldon; parents, Alice & Roy V. Sargeant, Sr.; brother, Charles Sargeant; sisters, Ina Human, Marie Sweitzer, and Leona Gettings. Survivors include her sons, Larry (Peggy) Mohr, Lawrence, KS, and Gene (Mary) Mohr, Rose Hill; brother, Roy V Sargeant, Jr., Mulvane; sisters, Modesta Hawkins, Mulvane, Loretta Peniston, Wichita, and Peggy Roseberry, Beaverton, OR; grandchildren, Jason, Andrea, David, Bryan, Sarah, Rebecca and Jamie; great-grandchildren, Elijah, Jakob, Hailey, Carissa, Joseph, Michael and Avaiah.
