Jay, Gina Renae, 58, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Ascension Via Christi- St. Francis Campus in Wichita, KS.
She was born January 2, 1963 to Moses Jay and Hazel Jay in Wichita, Kansas. She was preceded in death by both parents, Moses and Hazel Jay; brothers, Phillip Jay and Emmett Jay; great niece Caitlyn Cole, niece Annette Jay and nephew Zayden JayNesahkluah. Gina is survived by her daughter, April Jay; grandchildren, Kendrick Jay, Kiandra (Ayush) Chauhan, and Khalia Jay; sisters, Lorella Bridges, Neva Eurton, and Dora Glaefke; brothers, Mitchell Jay (Julie), Apache Jay Nesahkluah, Jared Jay Nesahkluah, and Caleb Jay Nesahkluah; nieces, Nicole Jay Nesahkluah, Elizabeth Jay, and Hazel Jay; nephews, Justin Cole, Stephen Cole, James Cole, Michael Cole, Kyle Jay, Caleb,Jonathon,Cholena,Maddox, Amos, Leon, Victory, Kearsten, Dizzyahrakeah, Tahlee, Chance, Aiyana and Leilani. Gina also had a mountainous amount of cousins and friends that she deeply treasured. Gina was kind hearted, loving, insightful, and had a contagious laugh that could brighten up the whole room. She loved many things like going on road trips, a multitude of arts and crafts, reading, thrift shopping, and most of all, she loved being around her family as well as her christian family. She spent much of her free time in the preaching ministry, she belonged to the Linwood Congregation Of Jehovah's Witnesses in Wichita, KS.
Memorial service to be announced at a later date. Per Gina's request, cremation has been effected.
Culbertson-Smith Mortuary in Wichita has been entrusted with arrangements.
