Gerald Wayne “Jerry” Fager., 70, passed away Friday, April 18, 2014. Visitation 1-5p.m Monday at Smith Mortuary, Derby. Rosary 7p.m. Monday; funeral mass 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2014, both at St. Mary Parish 2300 E Meadowlark Rd, Derby. Gerald is preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Maxine Fager. He is survived by his wife, Janet; children, Jennifer (Tad) LaVergne, Jason (Melissa) Fager, Juliana (Rocky) Cornejo; grandchildren, Dustin (Emily), Dylan, Hunter, Kinley, Kylin, Hudson; great-grandson, Remington; brother, Jim (Kathy) Fager. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with the St. Mary Parish Building Fund.
