Georgiana Parker

Georgiana Parker was born November 13, 1933 in Garden City, Kansas to George and Anna Good Newberry. She had worked as a cashier with ABF Freight Systems. She died Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at the age of 81 years. Survivors include her grandson, Justin Parker and his wife, Janna; grand-daughter, Pam Parker; great-grandchildren, Taelor, Kenzie and Nolan Parker. She is also survived by her nephews and nieces, Ray Oyler, Glenn Oyler, Rex Oyler, Loren Huckstadt, Jim Stucker, Larry Stucker, Ramona Mirt, Veta Gossman, Vonia Rein, Ronda Penn, Roberta Moser, Joan Peek; numerous great-nieces and nephews. Georgiana is preceded in death by her husband, Robert; son, Kenneth; parents George and Anna Newberry; siblings, Delbert Newberry, Sylvan Newberry, Mildred Oyler, Norma Stucker, Doris Franks. Visitation: 4-8pm Thursday, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Funeral service: 10am Friday, July 31, 2015, also at the mortuary. Memorials are established with the First Mennonite Brethren Church, 8000 W. 21st St. N., Wichita, Kansas and Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita, Kansas.
