Georgia “Anne” (Amend) Butler, 82, died Sunday, January 25, 2015 in Wichita. Visitation will be 1-8 Wednesday with the family to receive friends from 5-7 at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N Rock Rd, Derby. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 29, 2015 at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 1602 E. Chet Smith Ave., Derby. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. She was born January 25, 1933, in Wichita, to Virgil and Dorothy (Snyder) Amend. After her retirement as a paralegal for Judge Theis, she was the office manager at El Paso Animal Clinic in Derby, Kansas. Anne was a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. Survivors include: son, Ronald (Candace) Robbins; daughter, Debra Oehmke (Gary); grandchildren, Jessie Oehmke Collins (Scott) and Jennifer Antholz (Clint); great grandchildren, Jack, Charlie, Henry, Jonathan Antholz, Finley and Luke Collins. She was preceded in death by her parents and infant twin daughters, Anne Marie and Mary Lee Thompson. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. 1602 E. Chet Smith Ave, Derby, KS 67037 for a children's playground.
