George David Hobbs, age 73, owner and operator of Freddie’s Hair Systems, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2014. Visitation 1-8 PM Friday, April 18, with family receiving friends 5-7 PM, Funeral Service 2 PM Saturday, April 19, both at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. George is preceded in death by his parents, Dale & Gertrude Hobbs, and brother, James. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Sallie; sons, Michael (Kendra), Melbourne, FL, and Joshua (Nicole), New Port Ritchie, FL; daughter, Richelle Love (Phillip), Helotes, TX; brothers, Steven (Diana), Tomball, TX, John (Deborah), Wichita; sister, Susan Mouser, Andover; grandchildren, Alanna McPherson (Chad), Christina Nielsen (Kris), Jessica Lu (Sean), Nicholas Love (Samantha), Grant Hobbs (Sammie Ingram), Eric Love and Jacob Hobbs; great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Maddox, Garrett and Mason.
