Geneva Kissinger, 94, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026 in her home surrounded by her family. She was born February 18, 1932 to Cleveland and Marie Furgason.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Glen; sister, Geraldine Morney and brother, Dwain Gilbreath. Survivors include her children, Jerry (Charmagne) Kissinger, Karen Sawyer; brother, Herb (Mary) Gilbreath; 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

She worked at Boeing from 1953 to 1988 and spent most of her career in electronics. To Know her was to love her. She was kind, loving and a very giving Christian woman, whose children and grandchildren meant the world to her as well as friends and her church community.

Geneva enjoyed cooking, fishing, gardening and helping others. She especially loved watching and going to her grandchildren's sports, and of course, her love of KU basketball.

Geneva will be deeply missed and remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation with family starts at 10:15 am, Saturday, April 25, 2026 followed by an 11:00 am funeral service, both at Derby Church of Christ, 225 N Derby Ave, Derby, KS 67037.
