Moutray, Gary L., age 72, retired Boeing planner, passed away Friday, November 4, 2011. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Harold Moutray and Minnie Carnahan; brother, Phil Moutray. He is survived by his daughters, Michele Frejek and Melissa Kelsay; grandchildren; Trent Dalberg, Tristin Kelsay and Trey Kelsay; sister, Pat (Rick) Gardner. Private family services.
