Gary Boman

Mulvane- Gary Gene Boman, 64, died Tuesday, April 30, 2024.

Gary was born on November 23, 1959 to Jack and Helen Jean (Sullivan)Boman in Wichita, Ks. He attended schools in Seneca MO. At age 20, he graduated from the Police Academy at MSSU. He was married his first wife in 1983. They had two children, Daniel and Michael. In 1988, he married the love of his life, Sherry Hutson Brady. They were together until her passing in 2020.

Gary enjoyed playing guitar, listening to music, reading and documentaries. As an avid history buff regarding music, movies, politics, and mafia (to name a few), Gary enjoyed sharing his knowledge of these items.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sherry Boman, beloved grandparents Mike and Kitty Sullivan, parents, Jack Boman, Helen Jean Schulze and Sonny Schulze and brother, Greg Boman.

He is survived by his sons Daniel and Michael Boman, brother, Galen Boman, stepdaughter, Jenny Hutson and several grandchildren.
