Gail Lee Tice, “Okie”, age 77, of El Dorado, retired truck driver, passed away Friday, January 30, 2015. No visitation. Memorial service 10 AM Saturday, February 7, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. “Okie” is survived by his sons, David Tice, of Dayton, TX, and Daniel Tice (DeeAnn), of Wichita; daughter, Susan Sipult (Ray), of Wichita; brother, W.D. Tice, of Wichita; sisters, Alberta and Zelpha; grandchildren, Aaron Tice, Holly Tice, Justin Burns and Sarah Burns; 4 great-grandchildren; and dear friend, Janell Jones.
