Gail Louise Smith, age 74, retired cashier for Dillons, went home to Jesus Wednesday, June 17, 2015. Visitation 4-8 PM Friday, June 19, with family receiving friends 5-7 PM, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Funeral service 2 PM Saturday, June 20, Westside Freewill Baptist Church, 3310 W. MacArthur. Gail requested that people wear red clothing with no black to her funeral. She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank & Louise Schauf; and a brother, Donnie McKee. Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Marvin Smith, Sr.; son Marvin, Jr. (Carmen), Wichita; daughters, Suzan Page, Deldena Smith, both of Wichita, and Kay Scott (Keith), of Mulvane; grandchildren, Casey, Joy, Kassidy, Keeley, Roger, Alonna, Jeremy, Taressa, Bobby, Jean, Kelsey and Kody; 7 great-grandchildren.
