Gail L. Futhey, age 73, farmer, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2024. Visitation 1-8 pm Thursday, December 19, with family receiving friends 5-7 pm, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Funeral service 10 am Friday, December 20, Rose Hill United Methodist Church, 19551 SW Butler Rd., Rose Hill. Gail is preceded in death by his parents, Marshall and Thelma Futhey, and his brother-in-law, Michael Leis. Survivors include his brother, Joe Futhey (Debbie); sister, Louise Leis; uncle, Marion Futhey; 7 nieces and nephews, 16 great-nieces and nephews, 2 great-great-nieces and nephews.
