Fred Burks, 80, retired Construction company owner, died Sunday, November 8, 2015. Survived by children, Jennifer Sutherland (Terry) of Wichita, Joyce Coble (Mick) of Andover, Mark Burks (Jana) of Valley Center, Jack Burks, Jill Cornelison (Daryl) and Freddie Burks (Teresa) all of Wichita; siblings, Bob Burks, Doris Brizendine, Sue Mason; 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his daughter, Jane Burks. Celebration of Life Service: 10am Saturday, November 14, 2015, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Memorials to Kansas Humane Society.
