72, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2017. Memorial Service: 2:00 pm, Friday, August 11, 2017 at Smith Mortuary, Derby. He was preceded in death by his mother Lola Ramsey and his daughter, Natalie Ramsey. Frank is survived by his wife, Billie Ramsey; daughter, Tiffany Brown (Mike); two grandchildren, Nicholas Ramsey and Adam Ring; two great-grandchildren, Gema and Gage; father, Harold Ramsey.
