He was preceded in death by his mother Lola Ramsey and his daughter, Natalie Ramsey. Frank is survived by his wife, Billie Ramsey; daughter, Tiffany Brown (Mike); two grandchildren, Nicholas Ramsey and Adam Ring; two great-grandchildren, Gema and Gage; father, Harold Ramsey.
