Frank E. Hamell

Hamell IV, Frank E. "Frankie", 33, passed away September 12, 2014. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 19, 2014 at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church, 1550 N. Chapel Hill St., Wichita. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. Frankie was born July 20, 1981, in Wichita. On September 10, 2011 he married Erin Carr at the Bartlett Arboretum in Belle Plaine. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Baker University. He was a service advisor for Steven Motor Group. Survivors include wife, Erin Hamell; children, Parker and Piper Hamell; mother, Cindy Hamell; brother, Bryan Hamell (Mindi); sister, Megan Kassick; grandmother, Lois Fleming; grandfather, Frank Hamell, II; uncles, Randy Fleming (Carole) and Steve Fleming (Denise); aunt, Virginia Cardwell; five nieces and nephews, Aubrey Cain, Logan and Riley Carr, Titus and Elliette Hamell; father and mother-in-law, Steve and Cheryl Carr; brothers-in-law, Travis Carr and Brett Carr (Angela). Frankie was preceded in death by grandfather, Ray Fleming. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established as the Frank Hamell Children Education Fund c/o Community Bank, 11330 E. 21st, Wichita, KS 67206.
