Oquendo, Frank, of Wichita, age 45, CAD technician and computer programmer, died Saturday, March 10, 2012. Survivors: wife, Jill; mother, Maria; sister, Lisa; children, Brandon, Mason, Noah, Tori and Isaac. Viewing: 1-8pm Thursday. Service: 1pm Friday, March 16, 2012, both at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Interment will follow the service at Greenwood Cemetery, 6231 W 47th St. South, Wichita. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Frank Oquendo memorial fund.
