Frances Jean Winder

Frances Jean Winder, of Derby, age 83, homemaker, passed away Monday, January 13, 2014. Visitation 1-8 PM Friday, January 17, with family receiving friends 5-7 PM, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Funeral service 10 AM Saturday, January 18, Pleasantview Baptist Church, 1335 N Buckner Ave, Derby. Interment will follow at El Paso Cemetery, Derby. Frances is preceded in death by her parents, Raleigh & Olive Dean; daughter, Barbara Diane Proulx; and a sister, Jackie Garver. Survivors include her husband, Lyle; sons, Steve (Cindi), Wichita, Ken (Linda), Cheney; daughter, Pat Kennedy, Haysville; brother, Gib Dean (Elizabeth), Knoxville, IA; 9 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren.
