Forrest G. Butts, 91, went to be with the Lord, May 22, 2024.
Visitation 1-8pm Tuesday, May 28, with family present from 5-8pm at Smith Mortuary in Mulvane. Funeral 2pm Wednesday, May 29, Mulvane United Methodist Church, 107 S. Central.
Forrest is preceded in death by his parents, four siblings, and his wife of 62 years, Delva. He is survived by five children, Carol (Leland) Jones of Derby, Steven (Kay) of Mulvane, Kurt (Linda) of Derby, Brad (Jennifer) of Austin, TX and Bryson (Kim) of Wichita; 15 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established with the F.R.O.G. Diner at the Mulvane United Methodist Church.
