Florence J. Stockwell

Florence Stockwell, 97, was born on January 31,1927 to George and Eunice Johnson in Coffeyville, Kansas.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry D. Stockwell; son Henry L. Stockwell, parents, two brothers George Jr., & Johnny; four sisters; Elva, Stella, Georgaine & Violet.

She is survived by son, Harry (Lorraine); grandchildren, Henry, Heather and Nathan. She is also survived by her best friend Glenna Bishop, many nieces and nephews.

Florence was servant of God. She was Sunday School teacher for years as a member of Assembly of God Church. She was also the Koch family accountant for over 35 years. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, reading and her grandchildren. She was an inspiration to all.

Visitation for Florence Stockwell will be 2 pm to 5 pm, Sunday, March 24, 2024 at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca, Wichita, Kansas 67213.

A Graveside service will be 11 am, Monday, March 25, 2024 at Kechi Cemetery, Kechi, Kansas.
