Age 78, passed away Monday, March 5th, 2018. Eugene was committed to and very proud of his family. He was very involved with the Belle Plaine Lions Club. He had an incredible memory, often remembering people from his grade school days, and a wonderful giving spirit. Eugene was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Visitation 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday, March 12th, 2018 at Smith Mortuary, Mulvane 501 SE Louis Blvd Mulvane, Kansas 67110. Funeral Service 10:00 am, Tuesday, March 13th, 2018 at Smith Mortuary, Mulvane 501 SE Louis Blvd Mulvane, Kansas 67110 with interment to follow at Belle Plaine Cemetery, Belle Plaine, Kansas.
He is preceded in death by parents, Elmer and Loretta Burrell; brother, Harold Burrell; daughter, Susan Lanzrath
Eugene is survived by his wife, Sondra Burrell; son, Ken Burrell; daughter, Margo (Robert) Call; grandchildren, Dan Lanzrath, A.J. Branch, Laura Burrell, Kaitlyn Burrell, Heather Burrell, Maeve Call; brother, Loma (Helen) Burrell; sister, Delores Miller; special friends, Mel & Peggy Hollowell, Larry & Judy Thomas.
