Etta Lorraine Clark

Etta Clark, 86, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2026. She was born June 16, 1940 to Cecil and Thelma Shepard in Johnson City, Kansas.

Etta loved reading, being with friends, eating out and most of all, holiday gatherings with family and friends. She also worked at the little Dillon's in Derby for 24 years and 10 years as a bus aid for the Derby school district.

Preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Doral and Roger Shepard; Sister, Peg Perkins; daughter, Tonya Ponte; grandson, Joshua Ponte.

Survivors include her children, Teresa (Mike) Pummill; grandchildren, Kris (Reina), Jami, Jacob; great grandchildren; Amiya, Amajae, Amaree, Michael, Penelope; nephew, Roger (Lisa) Perkins.

Memorial services is 11:00 am Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N Rock Road, Derby, KS 67037.
