Ernest Curtis Sinklier

Mulvane-Sinklier, Ernest C. 83, retired Boeing employee and member of Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church, died Tuesday, October 2, 2012. Ernie enjoyed volunteering with the Mulvane EMS, Police Department and Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Department and bowling at Thunderbird Lanes. Preceding Ernie in death was his wife, Hazel (Hightower) Sinklier; parents, Bee & Hazel Sinklier; sister, Evelyn Sinklier. He is survived by his children, Nancy & Mike Mundell and Mindy & Brad Sorensen both of Mulvane, KS; grandchildren, Jason & Amy Mundell, Jamie & Kevin Anderson, Dustin Sorensen, and Abby & Marcus Lara; 6 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Graveside service will be held at 10am, Monday, October 8, 2012, at Mulvane Cemetery. A memorial has been established with Maria Court, 633 E. Main, Mulvane, KS 67110.
