Eric Scott Patee

Mr. Eric Scott Patee, aged 44, regrettably passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2024 in Cedar Vale Ks . Born on May 1, 1980, in Minneola, Kansas, he was the beloved son of Pete Burghart and Dianna Jones.

Eric highly valued spending quality time with his family and sons. He had a profound passion for riding motorcycles and driving hot rods. He held a deep affection for all animals, especially his cherished dogs. His radiant smile illuminated every room he entered, and his infectious laughter brought joy to those around him. Eric possessed a generous spirit and rarely allowed his personal challenges to dampen his positive outlook. He held unwavering patriotism and love for his country. Eric was an incredibly hard worker who took great pride in his work. He was a remarkable friend to everyone. He had a incredible sense of humor and loved funny movies and quoting all the best quotes!

It is with great sadness that we acknowledge that Eric is no longer with us. However, his memory lives on through those he leaves behind.

Eric is survived by his wife Caitlyn Patee, son Aydan Patee , son Xander Patee , mother Diana Jones, big brother Shannon Patee, little brother Anthony Patterson, father Pete Burghart. And many nieces, nephews, cousins , uncles, aunts ect

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024, at 10a.m at Smith Family Mortuary, located at 1415 N Rock Road, Derby, Kansas 67037.
