Billings, Emily "Rusty", 81, passed away Sunday, July 14th, 2024. She was born May 21st, 1943 to Harold and Emma Turner in Winfield, Kansas.

Preceded in death by her parents and sister, Denise Fletcher. Survivors include her husband, David; children, Cindy (James) Pinkston, Jeff Billings, Mike (Inpong) Billings; siblings, Harold (Cheryl) Turner, Denis Turner, Mary (Troy) Heinrich; grandchildren, Bradley, Matthew, Mandee, Jeffery, Steven, Tiffany and 15 great-grandchildren.

Visitation with family is 10:00 to 11:00am Friday, July 19th, 2024, with funeral services starting at 11:00 am at Smith Mortuary, 1415 North Rock Road, Derby, Kansas 67037. Interment to follow at Douglass Cemetery.
