Biggs, Elsie Louise “Lu”, age 92, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2010. Funeral service 10am Tuesday at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. No visitation. Lu was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Orpha Ritchey; husband, Merle Biggs; sister, Mildred Castle; nephew, Clark Ritchey. She is survived by her brother, Victor Ritchey of Wichita; nieces, Deanna (Ken) Scoville, Vicki (Chris) Meyer and Janis Skidmore all of Boulder, CO. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Rivercross Hospice, 10333 E 21st St. N. # 401
