Elizabeth Ann Foss

Elizabeth “Libby” Ann Foss passed away November 8, 2013. Memorial service: 4pm Friday, November 15, 2013, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Her parents Bill Bedlion and Joan Anzelmo precede her in death. Survivors include her devoted son, John W. Sheehan of St. Louis; adoring grandchildren, Katie, Lydia and Harlan Sheehan, Amy Caine (Chad), Aubrey and Matthew Foss; siblings, Karen Miranda, Sherry Johns, John Bedlion, Jill Aulizio; daughter-in-law, Darcie Sheehan; former spouses, Wayne Foss and John L. Sheehan. Libby was known for her quick wit, her beauty, intelligence and her love of friends, family and golf. She is at peace.
