Elizabeth Ann Adkins, 54, passed away March 2, 2016 at her home in Derby. Visitation will be Monday 1-8 with the family to receive friends from 5-7 and funeral service will be 10 am Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Smith Mortuary Chapel, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Adkins. Survivors are: children, Jahnna Adkins and Zane Adkins; mother, Dorothy Adkins; sister, Nancy Cox; brother, Tom Adkins. A GoFundMe Account has been set up to help with expenses. Visit www.GoFundMe/c6sd3bek to donate.
