Ejnar “Burl” Middendorf, age 82, retired Air Force Sergeant, passed away February 20, 2015. Visitation 1-8pm Sunday; family greeting 4-6pm at Smith Mortuary-Mulvane, 501 S.E. Louis Blvd. Mulvane. Funeral 10am Monday at Mulvane Christian Church, 502 Highland Park Drive, Mulvane, KS 67110. He is preceded in death by his parents, Russell and Flora Middendorf; sons, Ejnar II and Russell; brothers, Rod and Skip Middendorf. Burl is survived by his wife, Beth; children, Tammie Middendorf, Chris (Sherri) Middendorf, Anthony (Sherry) Middendorf; grandchildren, Andrea (Brian), Joshua, Alex, Whitney, Bayley (Adam), Russell, Bethany; great-grandchildren, Connor, Madison, Jonah, Justin, Dylan.
