47, passed away Tuesday, June 11th, 2019.
Visitation: Sunday, June 16th, 2019, from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Smith Mortuary, Derby and Celebration of Life: 10:00 am, Monday, June 17th, 2019, both at Smith Mortuary, Derby.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Jerry Adams; uncle, Larry Skinner; and nephew, Kyle Adams
Eddie is survived by his mom, Ethel "Sandy" Adams; close family friend Mr. Rogers; step brothers, Grant Adams of Wichita and Grady (Katherine) Adams of Mulvane; nieces, Hailey (Felix) gutierrez Kaitlin (Adam) Biggs of Mulvane, nephews, Logan Adams of Mulvane Kody Adams of Wichita, and Riley Adams of Derby; great nephews, Kale Biggs of Mulvane and Lucas Gutierrez, great niece, Kinleigh Biggs of Mulvane; Hailey Guiterrez; aunt Jeanine Kuramoto; and guardian and advocate, Caroline Goodall.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Families Together, 3033 West 2nd St N #122, Wichita, KS 67203.
