Earnest A. Helton

December 22, 1930 — January 1, 2023

Earnest A. Helton passed away on January 1, 2023, at the age of 92. He was born in Waynoka, OK in 1930. He retired from Cessna as a Receiving Inspector.

Preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Wanda Helton, his parents, his daughter Pam York, grandsons Troy Caldwell and Joshua Helton, brother Thurman Helton and brother-in-law Jerry Cox.

Survived by children Debbie (Pete) Perez, Mike (Vicki) Helton, Cheryl (Mike) Berger, son-in-law Mike York, sisters Wanda Cox, Peggy (Mel) Bartlow, sister-in-law Patsy Helton, 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

Service will be 11:00 am Monday January 9 at First Baptist Church, 125 S Delos Ave, Haysville KS. In lieu of flowers, memorials are to First Baptist Church of Haysville and VFW post 6957 of Haysville.
