Douglas "Doug" Ray Jack, 56, retired Spirit Senior Manager, died June 11, 2016. Survivors include his wife, Jackie; children, Natalie Heersche (Steve), Mackenzie Jack, Ryan Jack; parents, Wendell and Mary Jack; siblings, Karla Steward (Danny), Kelly Hoover (Kent); grandchildren, Rocky, Jillian and Cash Heersche; numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Sam and Wintress Jack; Jim and Marge Bush. Viewing: 2-8pm Wednesday, Smith Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville, with family greeting friends from 5-7pm. Funeral service: 1pm Thursday, June 16, 2016, Haysville United Methodist Church, 601 E. Grand, Haysville. A memorial is established in his name with Campus High School Booster Club, Class of 1978.
