Rork, Dorothy Mae, 95, passed away Monday, August 14, 2017.

Visitation Wednesday, August 16, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd. Derby. Private family service on Thursday.

She was preceded in death by her husband Victor and son Tony Rork.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter Mary Ann (Don) Myears; grandchildren Ann (Matt) Jackson, Daniel (Chele) Myears, Nancy (Mark) Milan; and six great-grandchildren.
